1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Perfumes, supplements, and beauty products cannot be returned if opened for hygiene and safety reasons

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Supplements with broken seals
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@globalmart.me with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the product back in secure packaging

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We will offer a replacement or refund.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
