1. Returns Eligibility

- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Perfumes, supplements, and beauty products cannot be returned if opened for hygiene and safety reasons

- Supplements with broken seals
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@globalmart.me with your order number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the product back in secure packaging
Once the item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We will offer a replacement or refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
